Step 2: Digital proofing and confirmation with the customer

Step 3: Precision printing

Utilizing cutting-edge printing technology, we ensure saturated colors and precise registration. Especially for card blind boxes, color consistency within the same batch is of utmost importance.

Step 4: Surface treatment and special processes

For folding boxes: Ensure sharp corners and tight fit through automatic box gluing machines or careful manual pasting.

For the cards: perform die-cutting, sorting, counting, and packaging.

Final inspection process: This is the final hurdle before products leave the factory. We conduct a 100% inspection on the dimensions, appearance, color, and structure of the products, eliminating any defective ones.
